This 7-Day Low FODMAP Meal Plan is designed for people who want delicious and nutritious meals that are low FODMAP, gluten free and dairy free!

Spending some time on Sunday preparing some of the meals and snacks will help you save time during the working week as your breakfast, lunch and snacks are all pre-prepared (the shaded recipes are all leftovers). In the evenings, dinner will take about 30 minutes or less, yay!

The recipes are designed for one person but you can adjust the recipes and ingredients accordingly if cooking for more than one.
