Initial Consultation

  • 1 hour - $120

This will be your first appointment. It involves a thorough discussion of your health concerns, your past and current health, what you have been eating and your lifestyle. This will help us get to know each other and help me understand your health goals and what you are hoping to achieve. We’ll also do any relevant testing in the clinic (e.g., blood pressure etc.) and provide you with a step-by-step recommendations to reach your health goals. It will include a summary of dietary advice, lifestyle changes and may include nutritional supplementation if required. We’ll work through this plan together to ensure that it will work for you.


follow-up consultation

  • 30 mins - $70

We’ll schedule follow-up appointments as needed to check-in and keep track of your progress and discuss any questions you might have. We can also adjust the treatment plan to tailor it to your changing circumstances.


nutritional analysis

  • $60

If you are unsure if your diet is providing you with the nutrients your body needs, I will analyse your diet and give you a detailed and easy to read report listing all the nutrients in your diet and whether you are meeting the recommended levels. 


Individualised Meal Plans (for existing clients)

If you are having trouble figuring out what to eat, if you'd like to start cooking more or if you have dietary requirements or food intolerances, I can create a personalised 1 week, 2 week or 3 week meal plan for you that takes into consideration your cooking skills, the time you have available to cook, your food preferences and your dietary requirements. You will receive a meal plan, recipes, a handy shopping list and a food prep list.

  • 15 min video or phone call (worldwide except for the USA and Canada) to discuss the meal plan
