chocolate blueberry pancakes

This recipe is a simple twist on my most used Low FODMAP Pancake recipe plus it's low FODMAP friendly (as per the Monash Uni Low FODMAP App at the time of writing), gluten free, dairy free and sugar free.

They're great to eat for breakfast or even make them the night before and grab them from the fridge if you're in a rush in the morning!
